What we collect through this website

If you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, country of residence and message you enter. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, where you have asked to be notified when client onboarding opens, to contact you once about that.

Our web server records the IP address, browser type and pages requested for each visit, for security and to keep the site working.

Third parties

This website is served entirely from jafx.com. Fonts, scripts and styles are hosted on our own server, and no content is loaded from third-party networks when you browse this site.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for two years from your last contact with us, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our processing of it. Write to support@jafx.com.

Onboarding

When client onboarding opens, opening an account will require identity and address verification, and the information you provide for that purpose will be processed under a separate notice given to you at the time.
